Latin fusion that channels the energy of a Mallorca beach bar. Roca runs from breakfast through dinner — dulce de leche pancakes and eggs benny in the morning, then oysters, ceviche, grilled seafood, and premium steak as the sun sets. The courtyard is the move on warm evenings.

What People Say
The food is absolutely amazing and worth it, no words to describe the experience we had. My favourite was the Costillas, we wanted wanted to have more but had to save room for dessert which was amazing too. The churros were warm and worked really well with the dulce de leche and vanilla gelato
The food and atmosphere were amazing. As a foodie I’m always apprehensive when a place looks this photogenic but it absolutely translated to my tastebuds. The coffee was the perfect balance of robust but not overbearing, the food was fresh and every ingredient was made with love. Thank you for the amazing service Celia!
Really enjoyed Roca in Byron Bay. The skirt steak sandwich was excellent — perfectly cooked, tender, and full of flavour. You can really taste the quality ingredients. Great relaxed atmosphere and friendly service as well. Definitely a spot I’d return to.
We saw this place during the day while walking and thought it looked so cute, it totally reminded us of Bali vibes! Later that night, after dinner, we were walking with our fur babies and saw it was still open around 8/9pm, so we decided to stop for a drink just to check it out. And wow, we got so impressed with the service! The staff were all super friendly and welcoming, specifically with our dogs 💕 The service was so good that we decided to order some entrées, and we loved them! The tuna and the fried avocado were both delicious and full of flavour. The place itself is beautiful, comfy and has such a good energy. We’ll definitely be back for a proper dinner next time. Thanks again to all the lovely staff, we really loved it!
What a fantastic restaurant! The service is absolutely spectacular, and the food is, without a doubt, the best Latin cuisine I have tasted in Australia so far. The menu is incredibly comprehensive, beautifully capturing the best flavors from across Latin America. I highly recommend the ceviches—they are exceptional! And for dessert, the Cacao Amazónico is an absolute must-try. A truly memorable dining experience. Highly recommended!
