Right in the middle of Jonson Street, where Byron's foot traffic never really stops, this massage studio offers a quieter counterpoint to the town's general busyness. The central location makes it easy to slot in a treatment between beach and dinner, which is probably how most people end up here. Without a strong review record to draw from, it's difficult to point to a signature treatment or a standout therapist, but the category and address suggest a straightforward day spa offering, remedial and relaxation massage in a convenient spot. Worth calling ahead to confirm availability and discuss what you're after. If you're after something more destination-focused, Byron has several well-reviewed spa operators. But for a central, accessible option on Jonson Street, this covers the brief.
My friend and I went both for a deep tissue massage and had the same divine experience. To speak for my own experience; Sati’s (I hope i remember right) massage was incredible, it was like she was reading my body like an open book. It’s was deep and at the same time loving and caring. Her touch felt very intuitive, with a deep knowing. I shared this experience with my friend straight after and she had the same experience. Also, you couldn’t hear any noises from the street and the music was also very beautifully chosen. Overall, wow. Higher recommended🙏🏻🧡 Thank you so much!
My favourite massage in Byron, have been going here for years for a deep tissue. The lovely ladies always manage to fit me in when I’m in need and I’m very grateful for them! Super reasonable prices too. I just had one from Sati which was amazing, but everyone there does a great job! Thank you!
Booked a 30 min Foot Reflexology followed by a 1 hour massage. I had 2 Therapists starting with Lina , who did a great job sorting out some problematic Reflex spots. Following on was my relaxation massage by Gemma who delivered a soothing massage. The clinic was clean, staff friendly and professional. The Reflexology is done in a chair in an open area, the massage cubicles were cosy and serene.

Brooklet
Award-winning wellness retreat in 25 acres of hinterland rainforest. Yoga, spa, organic kitchen.

Byron Bay
STRONG Pilates brings its reformer-based method to Jonson Street, offering low-impact, high-intensity classes built around spring-loaded machines. The format suits everyone from injury recovery to serious conditioning. Small class sizes mean spots go fast, so book ahead.

Mullumbimby
A wellness practice in the heart of Mullumbimby, working with individuals on a one-to-one basis rather than a menu of treatments. The kind of place locals tend to find through a friend's recommendation rather than a Google search.
Byron Bay has more wellness listings than most towns have cafes. The hard part is finding the right one before your weekend is half over. This guide cuts through the field to find the best day spas and massage options in Byron, from hinterland luxury to central studios that fit around a beach day. With booking lead times, price reality, and honest calls on what to skip.
Byron Bay's ocean views range from a fine dining terrace directly above Wategos Beach to a free windswept lookout at the easternmost point of mainland Australia. This guide covers the best restaurants, accommodation, and experiences for every budget, with honest notes on what each view actually delivers.
December arrives in Byron and the town doubles in population overnight. Hot, humid, and relentlessly social, summer here is the peak of everything: the best beach days, the fullest restaurants, the most electric evenings. It also requires planning. Here is what to expect and exactly where to be.
Byron Bay has a reputation for being expensive. Most of it is deserved. But there is a cheaper Byron running alongside the pricey one: free headland walks, honest back-street cafés, mid-week accommodation rates, and one kayak tour that earns every dollar. Here is how to do it properly without spending up.
You've done the lighthouse walk and queued for coffee on Jonson Street. Here's what comes next. From a back-lane lunch spot that locals actually eat at, to dawn kayaking off Clarkes Beach, to a hinterland wellness retreat that has nothing to do with the beach town down the road. Byron rewards the curious, but only if you know where to look.
This was hands down the BEST massage I've ever had! My therapist was Cindy who gave me he most incredible deep tissue massage, I honestly feel like I've walked out with a new back. My partner had Lina who recommened the deep tissue for us both and Im so grateful she did! Lina was so friendly and made us feel so comfortable and welcome. I'll 100% be going back next time we are in Byron. Thank you both ladies!!
This is the worst masSage I have ever had. Me and my partner both come in and have left feeling worse then when we arrived. My therapist was digging her elbows into me, not massaging properly and didn’t even do my whole body. I will never return here and be sure to tell all my local friends and family to never go here. Ps - also only let you pay cash or transfer to their bank ( avoiding taxes )
