The southern Gold Coast's largest shopping centre sits in Elanora, quietly doing the work that keeps locals stocked, sorted, and fed. Coles, Woolworths, and ALDI share the floor with Kmart, an ANZ branch, currency exchange, Telstra, and a Japanese-Korean supermarket that's worth the trip on its own. Over 80 specialty stores cover the gaps, and Wendy's milk bar handles dessert. The food court is compact, and some of the cafes have had inconsistent kitchen timing, so factor that in if you're on a schedule. Parking wraps the whole complex, and the recent refurbishment has left it clean, well-maintained, and easy to move through. Accessible by light rail to Broadbeach South, then the 700 or 777 bus. If you live nearby, this is simply where you do everything.
The shopping centre is actually quite versatile and bigger than I expected, probably the largest one in the Southern Gold Coast. I just had the best Australian ice cream at Wendy’s milk bar inside the mall. There are all big 3 supermarkets, a Kmart, ANZ bank, currency exchange, Telstra, Japanese/Korean supermarket, fresh market, chemists, clothing stores, and quite a tiny food court. If I were a resident nearby, I would come and buy here every day. You can take the light rail, transfer for 700 or 777 at Broadbeach South, and transfer for 765 bus at Burleigh Heads directly to here.
This is our second visit here to the new coffee club, first was ok, coffee was spot on, my wife had water. I had a breaky burger which has a hash brown in with it. The bun was over toasted and the chef absolutely laced the burger with BBQ sauce, it was messy, my hands looked like I'd done an oil change on my car. We went back yesterday and both had breaky burgers, this time I had an OJ with ice, but got no ice, we ordered the hash browns on the side of the burgers, so then both of them turned up indeed with HB on the side but.. another HB still inside the friggin burger! So we got charged extra for HB's. Sadly again, both Burgers were doused in BBQ sauce, the eggs were over cooked and dry. Look, we are easy going people and will always support the local businesses, but we're going to leave CC Elanora for 6 months or so, let them find their ' Mojo'. The staff are great btw but, the food is most important. The place is always packed, I'm sure they'll do fine, but for us for now, we'll see you much later guys.Thank you ,regards, John Turner.

Robina
A suburban precinct that earns its keep with a quality butcher, solid food outlets, and every health service you'd need in one spot. Easy parking, a relaxed layout with plenty of greenery, and a food court worth a stop.

Palm Beach
Palm Beach's local anchor, built around Woolworths, Bakers Delight, a GP, and Chempro Chemist. Clean, easy to park, and genuinely quiet. It handles the weekly shop without fuss, which is exactly the point.

Mermaid Beach
Lifeline and the Salvos are the headline act here, both well-stocked with friendly staff and genuinely good finds. Add Soak Bathhouse, a yoga studio, and more off-street parking than anywhere nearby, and Pacific Square earns its regulars.
Great mall with big branded retailers. Modern finishes, well maintained. Easy to navigate with parking all around the mall. McDonalds outside in the parking lot. There is a great assortment of stores for all shopping requirements.
Service at the counter was very good. However it was over 40mins before we received our toasted sandwiches. We were told it was a busy day when we asked about our food, as my partner was on her lunch break and needed to get back. You had six people out front serving and preparing drinks, of which some were folding napkins and chatting.I counted @ 30 customers. Obviously you had plenty of staff out front, but not enough chefs out back. The food and service, when finally delivered was good. However the time taken to get toasted sandwiches to us was very unsatisfactory. My partner tells me she had something from the display cabinet last week, as two couples had lined up and asked for a refund after waiting too long for their meals. I hope you address your shortcomings, or regular customers will go elsewhere. It will not take long for word to get around.
Great shopping centre. Looks great since refurbishment. Very clean and tidy and easy to get around whilst shopping.
