The Boulangerie Vietnam artisan bakery is reason enough to detour off the M1, but Treetops Plaza rewards a longer look. This single-level Burleigh centre handles the full weekly shop without the chaos of a larger mall: Coles, Chemist Warehouse, Liquorland, a proper old-school butcher, fresh fruit and veg, and a handful of sit-down food options including Sushi Honba, which draws queues long enough to send you to the Red Rooster next door. Tommy Tops massage gets a regular mention from locals. Free undercover parking keeps things easy. This is not a destination centre and it doesn't pretend to be. It's the kind of place that earns quiet loyalty from the suburb around it, which is exactly what a neighbourhood shopping centre should do.
It’s a nice local shopping centre for the residents nearby that has Coles, Liquorland, Chemist Warehouse, fresh fruit market, clothing stores, and a few restaurants both on the exterior and in the other food section south. It can be reached by 753 and 754 buses from Broadbeach South. I was going for Sushi Honba, which is in the other food section, but it turned out much more popular than I expected with a crazy long waiting queue; thus, I still had a great meal at Red Roosters.
I stopped to get some lunch from the Boulangerie Vietnam artisan bakery- a hidden gem in itself and was pleasantly surprised by this little centre. Ample parking available outside and loads of shops inside, plenty of different options for food, massage 💆♂️, Coles, newsagents and hairdresser. Great location just off the m1. Looking forward to going back to try some of the other food places. Please feel free to follow me on here and subscribe to my YouTube channel JayBBlogs for more reviews on places to go and eat 😀

Mermaid Waters QLD
One level, three supermarkets, free covered parking, and a bakery called Goldies whose vanilla slices come up repeatedly in reviews. Q Super Centre in Mermaid Waters is the no-fuss local alternative to the Gold Coast's bigger, harder-to-navigate shopping centres.

Robina
One of the Gold Coast's largest malls, but the lakeside dining precinct gives it something most shopping centres lack. Over 400 stores, tenpin bowling, Event Cinemas Gold Class, and free parking. The Kitchens precinct is worth a detour for food alone.

I love the place, Tommy Tops do a fantastic massage, the Coles is good, Hairdresser and Chemist great, both cafes are fantastic. But the sushi shop !!! Never a smile, average quality sushi. It’s the weakest link..
Love the atmosphere! Beautiful old fashioned Butchers, Fruit and Veg and Bakery with fresh produce and a variety of Continental foods. As well as a lovely clothing store, nail shop and hairdressers.
Not bad for smaller shopping centre. Has everything you need, but i felt it was only a place you would run into to grab something.. local and convenient.
Tugun
A cluster of boutiques, yoga studios, and good coffee gathered around an enclosed grass picnic area in Tugun. Dog-friendly, family-friendly, and popular enough that the Pilates classes book out well in advance. The monthly Twilight Night is worth timing your visit around.
