(439 reviews)
The beds alone are worth mentioning. Reviewers bring them up unprompted, which tells you something about how seriously Skin Forum takes the details. This Burleigh Heads clinic, founded by Rikki, runs across multiple Gold Coast locations and has built a loyal following over years on the back of a no-hard-sell approach that feels genuinely rare in the cosmetic space. Injectables, skin boosters, Morpheus8, and facial treatments are all on the menu. Therapists like Taniel, Maddi, and Amy come up repeatedly by name, which is the clearest sign of a place that retains good people. The honest-over-upsell philosophy runs through every review. A 5-star average across 448 reviews is hard to argue with. Book ahead, and ask questions freely.
Always adore time at Skin Forum. I’ve been there since the start of Rikki’s journey and you can see from the growth of her businesses - her first priority is the staff, which results into services that makes you feel exceptionally well looked after. There’s no hard selling, just professional recommendations that helps you understand what is and isn’t needed. Also, the beds for facials are amazing! I instantly feel relaxed. Every tough point is thought of and such a beautiful space that every girl deserves in a busy life!
Love skin forum!! nobody else I trust with my skin. Very professional, friendly and just amazing. Been going to skin forum for over 5 years! Taniel is amazing couldn’t recommend her enough. She is so amazing at her job. She really cares about you and your skin. Best therapist ever!!!!!
Amy is amazing! I recently turned 50 and she is honest with me about what gets good results and what doesnt and Ive had skin boosters a few times and its made a big difference to my neck. Highly recommend. x

Currumbin Valley
The wood-fired sauna and tree-lined bathhouse in Currumbin Valley draw a loyal crowd for good reason. Pair a bathhouse session with a massage and book a longer window than you think you need. The café coffee is genuinely good.

Mudgeeraba
An organic day spa in Mudgeeraba's heritage village with serious treatment credentials. The Wild Moon package, a full-body ritual with guided meditation and elemental facial, is the one regulars keep coming back for. Therapists are named in nearly every review. That says it all.

I had an amazing experience with Morpheus8 at Skin Forum. Maddi is my favourite — she was so kind, very knowledgeable, and explained the aftercare thoroughly. Amy was also very professional, and all the staff were extremely nice. Highly recommend, and I’m excited for my next visit!
My first visit to Skin Forum was in the Chirn Park salon in 2024. I had an appointment at the Burleigh salon today and I cannot recommend them highly enough. They are amazing, knowledgeable, friendly and if you are looking for an expert team they are the best. Trust them with any of your needs, they know their stuff!
Robina
Floatation therapy, infrared sauna, and massage under one roof in Robina Town Centre. Reviewers keep naming the same therapists session after session, which says everything. The couples float-and-massage combo is the entry point worth booking.
