The beds alone are worth mentioning. Reviewers bring them up unprompted, which tells you something about how seriously Skin Forum takes the details. This Burleigh Heads clinic, founded by Rikki, runs across multiple Gold Coast locations and has built a loyal following over years on the back of a no-hard-sell approach that feels genuinely rare in the cosmetic space. Injectables, skin boosters, Morpheus8, and facial treatments are all on the menu. Therapists like Taniel, Maddi, and Amy come up repeatedly by name, which is the clearest sign of a place that retains good people. The honest-over-upsell philosophy runs through every review. A 5-star average across 448 reviews is hard to argue with. Book ahead, and ask questions freely.
Wow — what an incredible experience at Skin Forum Burleigh Heads! I’ve just had CO2 laser treatment and couldn’t speak more highly of the team. Every single staff member was just lovely, friendly, and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. A huge thank you to Shannon, who did my treatment — she was absolutely AMAZING! Professional, kind, knowledgeable, and so good at what she does. She made the whole experience so comfortable and reassuring, and I felt I was in very capable hands. I would highly recommend Shannon and Skin Forum to anyone. If you’re looking for a clinic that is professional, friendly, caring, and genuinely focused on great results, this is definitely the place to go!
Always adore time at Skin Forum. I’ve been there since the start of Rikki’s journey and you can see from the growth of her businesses - her first priority is the staff, which results into services that makes you feel exceptionally well looked after. There’s no hard selling, just professional recommendations that helps you understand what is and isn’t needed. Also, the beds for facials are amazing! I instantly feel relaxed. Every tough point is thought of and such a beautiful space that every girl deserves in a busy life!

Student-delivered treatments at prices that make sense, backed by training serious enough to produce graduates who get hired. Aromatherapy massages, acrylic nails, facials, and more. Book well ahead because this place fills up fast.

Robina
Floatation therapy, infrared sauna, and massage under one roof in Robina Town Centre. Reviewers keep naming the same therapists session after session, which says everything. The couples float-and-massage combo is the entry point worth booking.

I was really disappointed with the experience my daughter had today. She was only a couple of minutes away from the clinic and went to book online. There were three appointment times available for the treatment she wanted, but the online booking required a $50 deposit. Since she was almost there, she called to see if she could simply book the appointment over the phone instead. The staff member confirmed there was availability and explained the difference between the Express and Deluxe dermabrasion treatments. After discussing the options, my daughter decided she was happy to book the Deluxe. However, once the staff member found out she was a new client, she was told she would need a 15-minute consultation and suddenly there wasn't enough time to fit her in. She then asked if she could book the Express instead, but was told there still wasn't enough time. What confused us most was that the online booking system never mentioned that new clients require an additional consultation, despite showing multiple available appointment times. If my daughter had simply booked online, paid the $50 deposit, and arrived for her appointment, it's hard to understand why she wouldn't have been seen. She and her sister decided to walk in to clarify, as they were only a minute away. The reception area was empty and there were several staff members in the clinic, yet they were again told the clinic was "really busy" and couldn't fit her in. Instead, she was repeatedly offered an LED light therapy treatment, which wasn't what she had called or come in for. I completely understand that consultations are important for client safety, and I have no issue with that. My concern is with the lack of transparency in the booking process and the inconsistent communication. It left my daughter feeling like the treatment she wanted simply wasn't going to happen, despite the available appointments shown online. Unfortunately, this experience left a poor first impression. It's disappointing to see a first-time customer treated this way, and based on this experience, we won't be returning.
Once you try this place, you won’t go anywhere else. The standout difference is Taniel, she really listens and caters to your unique needs. I recently had skin needling, and the experience was exceptional. She doesn’t just treat the surface, but provides a level of personalised care that is hard to find. It was better than a GP visit! Taniel’s professional approach actually stuck. If you want technical skill combined with genuine results, I highly recommend her.
It was my first time at Skin Forum this morning and received such a warm welcome by the girls at reception. I was booked in with Amy today for anti-wrinkle treatment and even though I had been going to another skin clinic for the same procedure, Amy took the time to go over everything with me, answering all my questions and going into detail of the difference in products. Amy was gentle with my procedure. Sometimes small bruising spots can form quickly/instantly on my forehead after treatment but that has not been the case today, so I’m impressed. The clinic itself is clean and aesthetically pleasing and I look forward to my next visit in 2 weeks.
