The IGA, chemist, and bottle shop anchor this Peregian Beach shopping precinct, making it the kind of place locals actually need rather than just visit. Beyond the essentials, the mix skews organic, sustainable, and priced accordingly. Bargains exist if you look, but don't come expecting a traditional market with second-hand rails and farm-gate prices. The food stalls are a genuine draw, and the whole thing runs seven days from 7am to 9pm, which counts for a lot on the coast. Parking can be tight during school holidays when the crowds peak. Dogs are a fixture. It sits right off David Low Way with onsite parking and toilets nearby, which makes it a practical stop on any Sunshine Coast drive.
After coming to this market for the last 30 years, it's sadly become a major disappointment. What was once a vibrant, authentic market full of affordable second-hand clothing, farm-fresh produce, and local artisan goods has now turned into a playground for the rich and the designer-label divas. Car parking is near impossible, and most of the stalls are selling overpriced items that belong in boutique shops, not a community market. It’s lost its soul and original charm. If you're after a true market experience, you're better off heading to the Fishermans Road Farmers Market or even the Gympie markets—both still have that real, local feel this one has forgotten.
Not too easy for parking but once that's sorted there's a decent selection of shops there. I had nothing but good service.

Nooville QLD
Eclectic Style anchors this Noosaville homemaker strip with a large showroom of beachy interior furniture and fittings at reasonable prices. The broader centre covers the practical bases, including Rivers for affordable clothing and ample parking that actually delivers on its promise.

Coolum Beach
A compact, undercover precinct on Birtwill Street that covers the essentials well. Coeliac-friendly cafe options, helpful staff, and the beach a short walk away. Practical rather than flashy, and better for it.

Always a nice outing. Prices aren't really reflective of markets. Many goods offered are quite expensive but still bargains to be found. Great food stalls. Lots of 'organic', 'sustainable' items. Can get really busy during school holidays. Lots of people with their dogs who seem to take precedence over humans with right of way.
Nice local shopping complex with a few of the key shops you would want. Chemist, IGA and bottle store as the main attractions. Decent amount of parking and toilets close by which make it worthy stop.
A small neighbourhood centre where the corner bakery's apple turnovers and eclairs stop people in their tracks. Coffee, Deepak restaurant, a watchmaker worth trusting, and enough parking to make the errand run easy. The kind of place locals orbit without thinking twice.
