The hinterland views from the upper-floor balconies at this 12-apartment Noosa Heads property are the kind that make you cancel your afternoon plans. Perched between Hastings Street and Noosa Junction, each fully self-contained apartment is rated four-star minimum, with the penthouses adding private spas and rooftop BBQ access. Managers Michael and Suzanne are name-checked repeatedly by guests, and for good reason: they're the kind of hosts who call ahead about the stairs. And yes, there are stairs. No lift. Worth knowing before you book, especially if mobility is a consideration. The tradeoff is those views, the location, and pricing that sits well below what comparable Noosa properties charge. Return guests are a consistent theme here, which says more than any single review.
From the managers who were generous with information, to the absolutely 10/10 cleanliness. This was a super stay. We stayed in the 3 bedroom penthouse. Loads of space, so you are not in each others way. Manager made us aware of the stairs to the apartment as we booked, although it was tricky for my elderly parents, we got our steps up each day, and got a little fitter. Well worth the location, with super spectacular views. Highly recommend for a holiday
We love Bali Hai apartments - the apartments are large and airy with great views and attractive furniture and styling. On the higher floors the balcony views are superb and the evening sunsets just unforgettable. The managers Michael and Suzanne are super efficient and helpful and friendly. If anything needs fixing they are onto it immediately. They also handle the bookings very efficiently and promptly. The location is handy - between noosa hastings street and noosa junction and in both spots there are very good eateries within walking distance. We found the ones at noosa junction to be well priced and excellent food. We have been going to the apartments for many years and have tried other places but never ever got the same value and enjoyment.

Coolum Beach
Kate and her team run one of Coolum's most reliably good self-contained stays. Spacious three-bedroom apartments, a pool, the beach across the road, and a supermarket within walking distance. Guests return annually. The ocean-view rooms are worth requesting.

Noosaville QLD
The therapists at Sacred Body Noosa get name-checked by nearly every reviewer, which is the real endorsement. Set inside South Pacific Resort in Noosaville, the back-to-back massage and facial combo is the move. A 4.9 across 226 reviews doesn't happen by accident.

Noosa's wellness scene has quietly grown into something worth planning a trip around. Float tanks, Balinese treatment villas, cold plunge circuits, and day spas good enough to book by therapist name. Here are the best options, organised by what you actually want to get out of a day.
Three days is the right amount of time in Noosa. Enough to hike to Alexandria Bay at sunrise, eat pork belly at Bistro C, find the quieter stretch of Sunshine Beach, and still have an evening at Aqua Day Spa. This itinerary moves through Noosa Heads, Noosaville, and Sunshine Beach with specific times, specific plates, and no filler.
Simply the best. Fantastic views especially from the top suites, no lifts so it will keep you fit lol
Had a lovely 6 day stay in penthouse apartment recently. Fabulous views, well equipped apartment. Lovely spa on the penthouse floor. Was a bit older property and was well priced. We knew from the website that it was up a hill, hence the lovely views. If u have mobility issues u may find the stairs and no lift challenging. Would definitely stay there again if up that way.
We couldn't have chosen a better apartment, located in a perfect spot with lovely views of the coast and hinterland. The apartment was modern, immaculate and offered everything you would need for your stay. The hosts Suzanne and Michael were perfect hosts extremely helpful, down to earth people. As we say in Ireland salt of the earth. I would highly recommend this gem for either a short or long stay. All shops and beaches are within walking distance. Many thanks for our wonderful stay we will never forget our time there and maybe one day return. Kindest regards Elaine and Rachael.
Noosaville QLD
A float, infrared sauna, and massage circuit that locals return to for genuine relief, not just relaxation theatre. Therapists here get name-checked for a reason. The raspberry, lychee, and lime drink at the end is a small touch that lands perfectly.
