City Cave Noosa

By chance, I found this place via a simple web search unaware of what an amazing place this is. From the moment my husband and I walked in, we were welcomed by friendly reception staff who guided us through what to expect. We had booked a deep tissue massage, the sauna with infrared light, and I was able to experience the floatation as well. This was finished off with the hydration drink, raspberry, lychee and lime (which was delicious). We came away feeling totally relaxed and pain free, and a day later our skin feels sensational. We both have a long list of ailments, so to find relief was bliss. We will certainly be returning and have already been recommending City Cave to friends. Thank you.

My one hour float and one hour relaxation massage really was one of the most relaxing treatments I’ve ever had! Ash was an amazing massage therapist and I’d book with her again in a heartbeat. The atmosphere and ambience in City Cave Noosa is very calming and inviting. I was impressed by the cleanliness of the facilities and the thought and attention to other little details, such as a hairdryer being available to dry my hair prior to my massage, and facial mist and creams available to use afterwards. I’m a local so I’ll definitely be back, but I would also recommend to anyone visiting the area as a holiday treatment.

From the moment I arrived, the staff were genuinely welcoming, calm, and attentive, instantly setting the tone for relaxation. The experience itself was incredible. The sauna, float, and massage flowed together perfectly, each one melting away another layer of stress. By the end, I honestly felt like a brand-new person — lighter, clearer, and deeply relaxed in a way that sticks with you long after you leave. Everything was beautifully organised, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully designed to help you completely switch off. It’s the kind of place where time slows down and your nervous system finally gets the memo to relax. If you’re looking for a reset — or the perfect gift for someone who deserves one — City Cave Noosa absolutely delivers. I’ll definitely be back.

Julia the massage therapist is one of the best I’ve been to. She has solved every issue I’ve come with so far. She isn’t to hard or to soft I would highly recommend. Not to mention it is a great facility with amazing reception and staff

I’m sad to have to leave this review after visiting city caves in Noosa on Valentine’s Day for a couples float and massage. I regularly visit city cave in Maroochydore and have always had a heavenly experience. Sorry to say this was not my experience in Noosa. The staff throughout the whole experience were talking loudly and making a lot of noise. So much that I could hear them with earplugs in underwater! I could not relax with all the noise which continued on throughout the massage, to the point that I could hear their entire conversation through the walls for the whole hour. I would also like to add that when you book a couple for a couple’s massage they should be in THE SAME ROOM as each other!!! This is the point of a couple’s massage - not two individual massages. I was also disappointed to see that the Noosa facility doesn’t even have any of the Dyson styling tools as they do in Maroochydore. I had to ask for a hairdryer that he brought out which looked super dodgy and told me to plug it into the bathroom? We were also not provided robes. At the end of our individual massages the staff stopped their loud talking and disappeared, right when we were waiting to pay. I found the whole experience extremely unprofessional and not relaxing whatsoever zero stars, not recommend.
