A cortisol reading dropping from 600 to 150 after regular sessions here. That's the kind of result that gets people talking. TH7 positions itself as Australia's only science-based recovery and longevity facility, and the protocols back that up: cold plunge pools, infrared sauna circuits, and sessions with names like the Nordic and the Nomad that regulars book two or three times a week. The facilities are genuinely impressive, the staff remember your name, and the post-session electrolyte slushies have their own fan club. At 4.9 stars from 318 reviews, the consistency speaks for itself. This is not a day spa in any traditional sense. Come for the cold water, stay for the data.

What People Say

LOVED every protocol we booked with TH7 in Noosa. We did 8 sessions in December (late to post!) and we were totally addicted by the end of them. We did 2-3 a week, the Nordic and the Nomad. Plunge pools were fabulous! Beautiful facilities, and wonderful staff...great vibe in there as well :-) At the end of the month, we felt so much better, and we looked better as well. It really makes a difference for your recovery of exercise or just wellbeing. Highly recommend and we will be going back very soon to sign up for more! Thanks TH7

TH7 has quickly become my favourite part of the week. The facilities are incredible, the staff are so friendly, warm, thoughtful, genuinely supportive; they remember my name and always make me feel welcome and cared for. After long work days, I leave feeling more energised, with a noticeable lift and much clearer thinking. It's such a grounding, nourishing space, and I'm so grateful to have found it. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to support their wellbeing in a safe, thoughtful environment. The slushies are the best, too! (electrolytes).

The Best Spas & Wellness Experiences in Noosa

Noosa's wellness scene has quietly grown into something worth planning a trip around. Float tanks, Balinese treatment villas, cold plunge circuits, and day spas good enough to book by therapist name. Here are the best options, organised by what you actually want to get out of a day.

Get in Touch with TH7 Noosa

We visited TH7 for a recovery session and tried the leg compression, sauna, hot and cold pools, and the steam room. The place looks brand new and everything felt incredibly clean and well maintained, which made a great first impression. Since it was our first visit, they gave us a complimentary towel and hydrolite slushy, which was a really nice touch. The facilities are fully equipped, even with a Dyson hair dryer, so you can tell they’ve paid attention to the details. We really enjoyed the experience overall, but we’re used to doing 90 minute sessions on the Gold Coast, so this felt a bit short for us. Still, it’s a great spot and we would definitely come back.

Incredible team and happy environment at TH7 Noosa. Really enjoyed The Nordic followed by a session in the red light chamber. Best way to end the week. I need to do this more. Highly recommend, plenty of parking too.

Great place for recovery and relaxing. The facilities are on point and always clean. The staff are great and super helpful. Highly recommended to anyone who needs help with a sore body. The Nordic session makes you feel great, and is a great start to your day, or to recover from the day after.

On Hastings Street and worth the splurge, endota Noosa earns its reputation through therapists who tailor rather than template. Sinead's Rejuvenate treatment and Chloe's coffee scrub and full-body massage are the ones regulars come back for. Book by name for the best result.
