Parisian-inspired brunch in the Byron Arts & Industry Estate. Dip's all-day menu leans into diverse egg dishes and a hollandaise made fresh daily. The fit-out is chic without being cold — think terrazzo, blonde wood, and natural light. One of the few Byron cafes that feels genuinely designed.

We had breakfast at this cafe and it was fantastic. The coffee was strong and really good, the staff were lovely, and the prices were reasonable. Definitely a place we’d recommend.

Dip into Dip if you fancy some French inspired breakfast, brunch or lunch. It was a recommendation from a friend whose kids go to school together locally. Was not disappointed!! It was a wet cold morning so not busy. French jazz in the background. Lovely serving staff made to feel welcome. Coffee is great. Scrambled Eggs were cooked to perfection. Halloumi was perfect with a squeeze of lemon and a dash of cracked black pepper. Smoked salmon was a perfect accompaniment. Over all great treat for a table of one. There was a table of 4 sitting over from me full of wows and delightful noises when their breakfast was served as well. Well done team. Great solo dining experience.

Lots of options on the menu with eggs for breakfast that look delicious, never sen more than one version of eggs Benedict on the menu - enters Dip! Pancakes were fluffy and the portion quite generous

I ordered the brushetta with crispy bacon on the side we also ordered from the specials board. Give this cafe a go when visiting Byron Bay !
