B3 by Social Remedy
Brunswick Heads · Wellness & Spa
(35 reviews)
Tucked into a quiet corner of Brunswick Heads, B3 by Social Remedy operates out of 38 Tweed Street as a wellness destination with a local, unhurried feel. The Brunswick Heads location is the point: this is what you come to the Northern Rivers for, a slower pace and somewhere that takes recovery seriously without the Byron Bay price premium or the festival-weekend crowds. Without a deep review pool to draw from, it's hard to call specifics on treatments or practitioners, but the category and setting suggest something more considered than a walk-in day spa. Worth contacting ahead to understand what's on offer and whether bookings are essential. If you're staying in Brunswick Heads and looking for a wellness option that doesn't require driving into town, this is the local answer.

What People Say
B3 is like no other gym I’ve ever been to, it’s so much more than a gym…. It’s a community! B3 is clean, fresh, and has the most amazing trainers, yoga teachers and breathwork facilitators. The sauna, mag pool and icebaths are perfect to relax in after a workout. B3 is very inclusive, I love that the workouts are full of people of all different ages, sizes & fitness levels. It’s an amazing space. So grateful for all the wonderful staff and community that make b3 the amazing place it is 🫶🏽
Never thought I had time for the gym. After a 1 month trial, I was hooked! My goal was to go 3 times per week and now I go every day. It’s more like a social catch up with friends and the work out is just a bonus! Best lifestyle decision I’ve ever made. Grateful to have B3 come to town. 🙏🏼
This place is just gorgeous and has amazing Pilates classes, the magnesium and cold pools are lovely and the sauna is super hot. I also used the gym facilities several times and they have everything you could need for strength training. Super clean and zen facility and such great kind staff. Also lovely showers bathroom and changing area. I did the Platinum holiday Pass and went 5x and it’s SO worth the value. Highly recommend.
I have absolutely loved coming to B3 since it opened. I’ve been to quite a few gyms and none of them really became a consistent part of my life until I found B3 and the Lovely community that’s surrounds this place. I love catching up with Benny the owner about new ideas he’s got, talking to Briony and telling her what an amazing job she’s done with fostering such a supportive group of people that are not only train but work at B3. I love all the work the trainers have done and how supportive they all are with a special shout out to Montana Bronte and Sophie you guys are legends. Lots of love to all the Breathwork practitioners. They really make the whole build breath bath concept easy to understand and to implement on a daily basis. It’s been one of the most amazing communities that I’ve been a part of in recent times, it’s safe encouraging and supportive. If you’re in northern nsw ( Brunswick heads ) for a short time or permanently go check out this gym for any of the classes or relax and unwind in the recovery Space it’s well worth it. William
Never experienced a community like B3! They have created programs that literally bond you to the others, including getting cozy in the ice baths. Yoga and Pilates is on the other side of the wall - so it adds the second layer of expanding your gym buddies, and also a great reason to try something new. If we didn't have it all under one roof, I probably would've died before I tried yoga and it's now my non negotiable. A cafe out the door for a bit of pre/post class loitering and socialising. There's such a flow here. No one's a stranger, everyone will say hi. The gym classes will shatter your existence and the yoga classes will restore what broke. Seriously so good - you'll never not feel challenged. The variety of classes and instructor backgrounds here are insane. Never a boring day. Our boss girl Briony adds fun socials and comps here and there, giving us all a chance to hang beyond the walls. We love her to bits. I'm no expert, but I think we have the best team of coaches in the world. The whole wide world. Great banter, and hearts of gold. The happiest faces in the shire live at B3. This beast of a year would have been an entirely different experience without this community and heart top up each morning. The best therapy happens here in real time. Forever grateful for each and every special human within our space
