I’m feeling so much better after my remedial massage. Jordan is so knowledgeable and pin pointed the problem after a few questions. I highly recommend this company.to anyone with an injury or just needing a good massage.

My review is only on the basis of my actual treatment itself and honestly the only fault I’ve got is that it had to end. I had Jordan as my therapist and he was 10/10. Friendly, accomodating, clearly knew what he was doing/talking about. I love a firm massage and he did exactly that but somehow still got me completely relaxed. Do yourself a favour and book in with him - remedial massage, cupping and dry needles. He was amazing!!

I had an amazing experience at Recovery and Massage centre. From the moment I walked in, the space felt calm and welcoming, and the staff were incredibly professional. The massage was exactly what my body needed—targeted, relaxing, and really effective. I left feeling lighter, looser, and way less tense than when I arrived. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone looking to recover properly and take care of their body.
