Ivory Palms Resort
Nooville QLD · Accommodation
(687 reviews)
Three pools, a bouncy pillow, tennis and basketball courts, a sauna, and hot tubs: Ivory Palms runs hard on family facilities, and the reviews back it up. The apartments lean residential rather than resort-slick, with full kitchens and lounge areas that make a week-long stay genuinely comfortable. Staff get consistent praise for being helpful when things go sideways, and things occasionally do go sideways. Room quality varies noticeably across the property, a consequence of privately owned apartments managed at different standards. Book through the resort directly, ask specifically about the condition of your room, and request one of the refurbished units. The on-site restaurant does a $15 eggs benny worth factoring into your morning. Two minutes from the Noosa River, and a short drive to Eumundi Markets.

What People Say
A True Home Away From Home I had a wonderful stay here on my business trip. Shane at reception was very friendly and helpful and booked me into another room when the intitial rooms electricity was faulty. From the moment I walked in, the room felt less like a standard hotel and much more like a homely, inviting retreat. What I Loved: * The Vibe: It is incredibly nicely decorated with a thoughtful eye for detail. The colors and furnishings aren't just modern; they’re warm and give the space a real personality. * The Comfort: The bed was exceptionally cozy, and the entire layout felt spacious yet intimate. It’s clear they prioritize guest comfort above all else. I snuggled up on the couch with a cup of tea, watching netflix just like I would do at home after a big day. * The Atmosphere: Everything was spotless, well-maintained, and had those small "homely" touches that make a huge difference when you’re traveling. Verdict: If you’re looking for a place that feels comfortable rather than corporate or a standard hotel room vibe, this is it. I felt completely at ease here and would definitely stay again!
A family friendly accommodation in a great location. With three pools, a tennis court, a basketball court, bouncy pillow, playground, sauna and hot tubs attached to the pools. The rooms are slightly dated but are still quite nice. With the option to eat at the restaurant on-site or any of the close by options, there is always options. A short two minute drive to the river and not far from shops and tewantin heart. Great opportunity to check out Eumundi (sp) market and all the great attractions Noosa has to offer. This accommodation is also suitable to just hang around on-site and relax in the rooms or use the facilities provided. The staff are lovely to talk to and we're very helpful when we raised any concerns or questions. Would stay again.
We had a great stay here. The facilities were really great. Two separate pools, tennis court, in ground jumper, games area and $15 egg Benny for breaky😊 It’s right off Gympie Terrace to enjoy the area. Only downside is using the fob to leave the pool area, if there is an emergency I think the gates should be able to quickly be opened from the inside, just thought it was a little dangerous. Other than that it’s really great.
Our experience here was very disappointing. The Google rating was good, so we booked without hesitation. Despite a warm welcome, the room (No. 72) was a real nightmare: bad smell, mold, dirty equipment, and the washing machine leaked all over the bathroom. We didn’t even dare sit on the couch. Fortunately, we were able to move to another unit. The quality really does not match the price. These rooms shouldn’t even be available for booking anymore.
No no no. We had booked a superior room for what was meant to be a lovely weekend away. We arrive to our room and it’s horrible. Not even close resemblance to the photos, dirty, disgusting marked walls, an old dirty portable stove, a couch that when we sat on it we were sitting on the ground and that’s just a few things. We felt so uncomfortable to the point we couldn’t stay there. We called after hours which couldn’t help and the next morning we left and spoke to the receptionist. We emails the manager and he refused to give us our money back instead offers us a two night “complimentary” stay? No complimentary when we have already paid?? I emailed back and still have no heard back from this man. We will be taking this further to receive our money back as we spent over $1400 dollars and this was just so disgusting and disappointing. We were also advised that a disclaimer is on there website saying the rooms are all privately owned and would all be different but this is not on booking.com which is where we booked nor does it excuse the filth.
