The free shuttle to Hastings Street is the detail worth knowing. Noosa Blue sits a ten-minute walk from the beach, close enough to the Junction to feel convenient, far enough from the waterfront to keep prices grounded. Suites are spacious and genuinely apartment-style, with full kitchens, washing machines, and a beach umbrella tucked in the cupboard. Two pools, a gym open from 7am to 9pm, and a BBQ area round out the facilities. Reviewers consistently flag the front desk as a highlight, Stacey in particular. The coffee from the in-house cafe is worth a morning stop. Light sleepers should request a garden-facing room; pool-side picks up noise from neighbouring suites. Renovations begin February 2026, so book ahead if you want it pre-refresh.
Our room was lovely, well furnished and clean- no complaints there!! On the down side you can hear upstairs eg footsteps and… what not, which can be annoying… if you’re a light sleeper I suggest ear plugs as you can hear outside rather clearly too (we had a pool facing room). Lovely hotel only a few minutes walk from Noosa junction. Also about 5/10 mins walk from Noosa heads. Lovely pool, it’s a reasonable size. Theres also a smaller one around the back. Great coffee from the cafe! Receptionist was very lovely and helpful offering us a map and advice on where to visit and what each area provides. Bus stop is right outside the hotel. Would be a 5 apart from the noise 👍🏻
My girlfriend and I stayed here for two nights and it couldn’t have been better, the room was absolutely amazing and pretty cheap considering how good it was. The receptionist Stacey was lovely and helped us with everything with a genuine smile, she even helped return my card when I had lost it. I would recommend anyone travelling to Noosa to stay here

Noosa Heads QLD
Champagne at check-in, a swim-up bar that earns its nostalgia, and river-view rooms that catch the Noosa sunset. The staff here, particularly Michael at concierge, are the kind that get mentioned by name in reviews. One of Hastings Street's most consistently praised addresses.

Noosaville QLD
Waterfront sites right on the Noosa River, with views across to Noosa Heads and a five-minute walk to Noosaville's restaurants. The location does the heavy lifting. Book early, bring a van if you have one, and pick a weekday if crowds aren't your thing.

DO NOT STAY HERE !!!! My partner and I planned to stay here for a weekend. He was rushed into ann emergency surgery so unfortunately were unable to go ahead with this. After providing medical documentation the hotel REFUSED to change the dates and did not issue a refund - stealing the money we paid. The staff were rude and unbelievably unhelpful on the phone and had no consideration for our situation. I have never been met with such poor quality customer service like this in my life. Do not stay here - they are thieves.
My room was spacious and air con works well. Very convenient location with free buses just outside to Hastings and even to Eumundi mkt. However it’s only a 7mins walk to the beach. Front desk reception was extremely helpful and kind which made us feel welcomed and at home. Coffee sold there was great in the morning but that’s basically all in terms of F&B.
On our 2nd of 3 nights now in a hinterland penthouse suite. Positives Fantastic balcony including lounges hot tub and BBQ including sink. Shower pressure next level good. Had to turn it down. Toiletries beautiful. Kingsize bed extremely comfortable. Asked for a quiet room and slept soundly. Great fans in sitting area and bedroom. Fab hanging and storage. Beautiful welcome gift as it was our anniversary. The pool area is beautiful. Reception are fantastic Boy the 10 min walk downhill to Hastings St. The 630 bus is literally outside the hotel for those who want to ride into town. Areas to improve Only glasses in kitchen were wine glasses. Not a biggie but would be useful to have some standard glasses. That’s it! The place is gorgeous

Thirty-two Hastings Street is as central as Noosa gets. The apartments are roomy, the pool is compact but serviceable, and the beach is a short walk. Maintenance is inconsistent across rooms, so request a recently updated one. The location alone justifies the rate for most visitors.
