The drive-thru runs around the clock, which is the main reason most people end up here. This is the Noosaville Homemaker Centre outpost of the familiar golden arches, priced accordingly and positioned for convenience over craft. The menu is the standard national lineup, burgers through to breakfast, with current promotional items rotating through. Reviews are mixed enough to set expectations honestly: consistency varies, and the drive-thru queue can stretch during peak hours with a lean overnight crew doing the heavy lifting. That said, at this price point, the value proposition is straightforward. If you need something fast and cheap after a late Noosa session, it does the job. Go in with calibrated expectations, check your order before you leave the window, and you'll be fine.

What People Say
I have been to this MacDonald more then a few times thinking it may improve but everytime the fillet o fish paddy is over cooked and very dry never enough sause. The quatre pounder is always not together and paddy seems under cooked. The chips are usually cold and droopy no salt. The coke is always never fizzy and tastes like water..the staff are usually unfriendly and obviously hate being there. I'm always polite and try not to blame the staff. Bad work culture. I feel sorry for them. I'm not sure why it's so hard to just serve a well made burger hot salted fries and a normal tasting coke. I think the management needs to be replaced or have better standards. Thanks
Went yesterday and the service staff were one of the worst, they weren't following the script and never gave instructions or ever saying hello when handing money over or the order in the drive thru... Which had stone cold chips unsalted and the burgers buns were assembled insideout (this is the actual burger) and a coje that the lid popped off amd spilled coke ever where
They send me beef stuff where im allergic to beef I didnt order any of this So unprofessional
Horrible place. They have messed up my order multiple times. They also seem to give out inept lids and call it a day! No hole for my lid? Unacceptable product management. This place needs a revamp
Happy staff and they work hard. They need more locals to do night shift from 11pm to 3am as it's the same 2 or three on each night. Very hard to serve a massive car line-up when understaffed every night and morning.. Feel sorry for them and its customers waiting excessive times. It's not fast food..

People queue before noon. The garlic chive miang and sticky pork belly are the reasons. Share plates, serious cocktails, and a feed-me banquet that earns its price. Book Thursday through Saturday well in advance or you won't get in.

The Coolum Social
Coolum Beach
A Coolum Beach café where the big breakfast earns its reputation and the staff actually mean it when they greet you. Locally sourced menu, strong coffee, and gluten-free options handled properly. The fish tacos are worth ordering.

VanillaFood Organic Cafe
Noo Heads QLD
An organic cafe in Noosa Junction with a genuine commitment to seasonal, wholesome food. The acai bowl is generous and unsweetened, the gluten-free waffle is a rare find, and the open, boho fit-out makes it easy to stay longer than planned.

Noosa Heads Surf Life Saving Club
Noo Heads QLD
Easy to write off as a tourist stop on Hastings Street, harder to argue with once the seafood spaghetti arrives. The beach-facing verandah over Laguna Bay is the draw, but the Caesar salad with prawns and the notably good fish and chips are reasons to return.
