I absolutely love this Pilates studio! The atmosphere is welcoming, clean and really calming from the moment you walk in. The classes are well structured, suitable for different levels, and you always leave feeling stronger and more balanced. A special mention to Audrey — she is amazing! She explains everything clearly, pays attention to technique, and makes everyone feel comfortable and motivated. You can really tell she cares about her clients and their progress. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for quality Pilates classes and a supportive environment. I always look forward to coming back!
I used to think exercise just wasn’t for me — that I was too weak to stick with any sport. A 10/10 experience! I've been doing reformer pilates and mat pilates for several years now and Strong has really elevated my fitness journey and incorporated some much needed strength training into it. The classes are 45 minutes long but they really fly by! For a first-timer at Strong, the Byron Bay branch was amazing - the moves are super easy to pick up with instructions on the screen and hands-on help from the instructor. The instructors are all so amazing and motivating — especially Audrey who is literally sunshine in a person. I was in Byron for a month and did about 8 classes. For anyone on the fence, please give it a go. :)
AN ABSOLUTE 10/10 I signed up as a member as soon as I heard they were opening as I’d trained with some of the local instructors before who I really clicked with and I’m so happy I did! The environment and support of these classes has made such a positive impact on my life. I’m motivated, determined and excited every morning to get on my little Rowformer and get stronger. I have the confidence now to push myself and ask questions about my form or if there’s anything I can do to take it easier if I have an injury. After every class I feel stronger, happier, more energised and educated on my body, limits and potential. (Plus I’ve made some incredible friends) If you want a supportive, friendly and educational fitness push, Strong Pilates Byron Bay is for you!
This gym hits the spot! It’s the perfect combination between reformer Pilates, weight training and your cardio through rowing or biking. The class duration is 45 min, and it always fly’s by so fast. I am still a newbie to the strong team, but already feeling so much stronger 💪🏽 I also like that they have so many classes on from early in the morning, it’s the only boutique gym that’s actually in Byron Bay rather than the industrial area and the trainers are all very motivating and empowering 🔥
