Eden Retreat

We had such a beautiful time at Eden Health Retreat. The name Garden of Eden would be a more accurate representation, as it captured the essence of paradise. We were completely relaxed and absolutely loved it all. Each daily Activities/ work shops we also participated in were Sound bowls, breath work, cold plunge , tapping, stretch classes, cooking classes, yoga, hot and cold therapy, dry brushing and lots more. It was Very educational, we loved learning so much. You could do as much or as little as you wanted. I was surprised how people fly from all over Australia to come to Eden Health Retreat, as they said they have never seen something like this.

I am 3 nights into a 7 night stay at Eden and cannot believe what a healing magical place this is already in such a short time. I was sent to Eden as a gift from previous attendees who noted Eden's magic to be with you and continue to heal you long after you leave. I too run a retreat in a different part of Queensland and understand the work that goes behind the magic. Eden you and your staff excel in every single thing that you do. The housekeeping is impeccable. The rooms are stunning and well thought out. The beds so comfortable have had me arrive a complete insomniac so wired unable to sleep to on my third night in sleeping 13 hours without waking. Eden's ground are spectacularly beautiful with vastness and natural beauty that made even the most cynical mind like mine felt on arrival instantly find peace and hope. What sets Eden apart and the true magic is the staff that run this place. Every single staff member I have encountered from the housekeeping team, restaurant, spa and chefs have a commitment to excellence and truly just want you go be happy and feel held. The staff here would take their shirts off their own backs to make a guest happy and each have such love and pride in the product. The culture of the staff here and the care they have goes far beyond what could ever be taught. The pride in their work, product and facility and their knowingness in each guests ability to heal if given the right environment has already transformed my mind and given me so much hope for the future. What I love most about Eden is the no nonsense approach to healing. The therapies here range from alternative to cutting edge scientific backed evidence based treatments- both having their place. The food is delicious and nourishing and the staff have a serene feeling to them that inspires you to stay on the Eden train of health. Listen to their knowledge, keep your mind and heart open.
