What an amazing way to start my morning! I had hair removal treatments, which were absolutely incredible, such gentle and attentive to detail professionals! Also, I had my FIRST EVER facial done, and oh boy, was it wonderful! What an amazing experience! Knowledge, attentive to detail, gentle professionals who truly care for you! I just didn't want to leave! I can't wait for my next appointment! Thank you so much!

I have been doing my face and neck laser here and have seen wonderful results. The staff have always been very friendly, honest and professional. I had my laser with Jacinta this morning, highly recommend her, she explains each step and ensures a pain-free experience.

Super busy clinic — hard to get through on the phone, and they charge cancellation fees without ever advising you. I had to miss some laser appointments and called each time to cancel. Never once was I told there’d be a charge — if I had been, I would have made it work. They treat you like a number, all profit-driven. Kasidee, the senior clinic manager, tried to charge me for missed appointments, then reinstated one after I questioned her because it was actually within their 24-hour policy. Still no resolution for the other, and despite being told head office would review the phone calls, I never heard back. Terrible customer service. When I said I’d be leaving this review, Kasidee encouraged me to “let everyone know how strict they are.” Maybe try advising people properly on the phone instead of hiding behind T&Cs when clients can’t use packages for medical reasons.
