The footbridge from the sailing club is the tell. Cross it and the Noosa River opens up in front of you: a wide, grassy expanse with actual river frontage, a pagoda for shade, and enough room to spread out without negotiating for a patch of lawn. Chaplin Park sits on the quieter side of Noosaville, which means families, a few lawn games, and the kind of unhurried afternoon that's harder to find than it should be this close to Hastings Street. The Roadrunners car club runs regular Sunday shows here, so don't be surprised to find a row of polished classics parked up on weekends. Bathrooms are at the carpark. Parking is solid. It's a simple park done well, and the river access for a swim makes it worth knowing about.
Nice quite simple open park, with a great walking bridge that's why I've given 5 stars 😁☺️👍
Great spot for another Roadrunners car showing on Sunday.
Great place for Roadrunners Car Show.
I stumbled across this space and was amazed after many years in noosa with lots of families and friends enjoying the river there was not a space that had room to enjoy the environment away from the hustle and bustle Parking is good walk across the foot bridge from sailing club and your welcomed with a huge open space with rive frontage A pagola provides sade and access to the water for a dip to cool off Play all the games withe family and friends Bathrooms are at the carpark Enjoy

Noosa Heads QLD
Walk to the far end of Main Beach and you hit the groyne, a rocky breakwater that earns its reputation as one of the quieter sunset spots in Noosa. Lifesavers on site, easy access, and a view that the main beach strip cannot match.

Sunshine Beach
Perched above Sunshine Beach with Norfolk pines and open ocean views, Ed Webb Park is the kind of spot locals don't advertise. Sunrise is the move. Bring coffee from somewhere nearby and take your time.

Coolum Beach
Really nice park by the Noosa River Not tol busy either - Lots of shady spots
At low tide, Stumers Creek opens into a wide, flat run of beach where dogs sprint into the shallows and the morning crowd is more calm than chaotic. Pet wash stations, clean bathrooms, good parking. The evening vibe is quieter than you'd expect, and better for it.
