Bangalow 24/7 Gym
Bangalow · Wellness & Spa
(50 reviews)
The keypad on the door means 3am is as valid as 6am here. Bangalow 24/7 Gym sits in the light industrial pocket off Byron Bay Road, a no-frills training space built for people who actually want to work out rather than be seen doing it. The setup is functional: free weights, cardio equipment, the basics done properly. No class schedule to work around, no waiting for a machine at peak hour, no drive into Byron. For Bangalow locals and the surrounding hinterland, that convenience is the whole point. With no reviews to draw from, it's hard to speak to the condition of the equipment or the community feel, but the 24-hour access model speaks for itself. If you're after boutique wellness programming or group classes, look elsewhere. If you want a straightforward gym that's open when you are, this is the practical choice.
