PEACHES Pilates Byron Bay
Byron Bay · Wellness & Spa
(43 reviews)
Reformer Pilates on Bangalow Road, away from the town centre hustle and closer to the residential rhythm of the hinterland fringe. PEACHES runs small-group and private reformer sessions out of a boutique studio space, with the kind of format that suits regulars building a consistent practice rather than drop-ins chasing a one-off class. The Byron wellness scene is crowded, but the Bangalow Road location puts this one slightly outside the tourist circuit, which tends to mean a more local crowd and a calmer booking window. No reviews to draw on yet, so first-timers should check the website for current timetables, pricing, and whether intro offers are available. Worth a look if you want reformer work without the Main Beach premium.

What People Say
I attended Night Moves: Pilates After Dark. What an incredible experience and absolutely loved the vibe, music and flow of the class. 45 minutes pilates into yoga left me feeling loose, limber and in such a state of bliss with endorphins from the workout and the audio/visual. We then went for drinks at Roadhouse and it was lovely connecting with the crew being my first time. Loved the goodie bag and definitely making use of the class voucher. Amazing evening!
Best mat Pilates studio yet !!! The two Lauren’s are the best teachers: challenging, motivating, professional and exceptional friendly. The studio is kept very clean and I can only highly recommend it !
Best Pilates class! 🔥 I’ve been coming for the past three years, and the whole team is always so welcoming and kind! Every class challenges you and makes you stronger each time. Highly recommend!
Such a big fan of Peaches Byron! The classes are fun but still a proper challenge, and the instructors always make you feel welcome and looked after. Beautiful studio & great community vibe. Also love all the Peaches merch!!! 🍑
I’ve been in Suffolk Park housesitting for six weeks and attending Peaches three times a week was a highlight! I’ve really enjoyed my time at the studio - it’s such a welcoming space with great energy, and the teachers have all been fantastic. I especially loved the hot Pilates classes - they quickly became a favourite. Sad to be returning home to WA, however will be back soon and Peaches will be one of my first stops.
